SHIPPING 
 We ship out your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking and estimated delivery as soon as your package is on the way. 

Please note that during busy shipping times such as the holidays it may take 3 - 5 for you order to ship.

ORDER ISSUES 
 We work hard to avoid mistakes, Occasionally your order might have a mistake (wrong item sent or missing product). This is a small business that personally packages your orders and we make mistakes. Don't worry! Please reach out to us at info@ardentheartfarm.com with your Order Number within 7 days of receipt and we'll make sure the right products are shipped to you quickly. 

DAMAGED ITEMS
 If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number to info@ardentheartfarm.com and we will be happy to send a replacement. A photo is required. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.
